Card sorting involves asking users to organise information into logical groups. It helps us with information architecture, and how to structure our website or app in a way that makes sense to users. To use the template, just prepare some Post-it components that users can then drag and drop onto the table. Don't worry, the file contains an example that you can use as a reference!
